About CAPS
Clinical Addiction Professional Services, Inc. (CAPS) is a CARF Accredited Behavioral Health Agency committed to “Making a Difference,” in the field of Addiction and Mental Health Services. CAPS offers a wide range of Addiction and Mental Health Services to include individual, family and group therapy. We employ experienced and credentialed and staff, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors and Supervisor, as well as Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors.

Dr. Stephen A. Loney, Sr.
Dr. Loney is a graduate of Shaw University with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Studies and Masters in Theology, receiving his Doctoral from Apex School of Theology in Christian Counseling.
Linda McBride
Larry S, McGill, CSAC
Larry McGill has been employed as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor for the Criminal Justice Resource Center located in Durham, North Carolina for the past 28 years. Larry has a wealth of experience and knowledge about the Recovery Process.
Dee Moore, MSW, LSCW
Dee Moore, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a BA in Industrial Relations and a MSW from UNC-CH. Dee has been a licensed clinical social worker since December 2001. Her practice experience includes working with adults, adolescents, families, women, members of the LGBTA community, clients with chronic health conditions, clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders, behavioral issues, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Stress, and Trauma.
