Outreach, Screening, Assessment and Referral Services - CAPS4U, Inc. is committed to providing outreach, screening, assessment, and referral services at additional times and locations that maximize access to substance use disorder treatment, especially for priority populations (i.e. drug courts, jails, probation and Department of Social Services offices, among others).

Substance Use Outpatient - Available to individuals eligible who meet diagnostic criteria for substance use disorders, and do not require a more structured setting to maintain sobriety. It enhances the quality of life by empowering individuals to achieve their highest possible potential for dignity, independence, and self-fulfillment. Services can provided in person, telephonically, or via telehealth.

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program: SA Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) means structured individual and group addiction activities and services that are provided at an outpatient program designed to assist adult and adolescent consumers to begin recovery and learn skills for recovery maintenance. The program is offered at least 3 hours a day, at least 3 days a week.
Intake & Assessment - Comprehensive assessments and evaluations are provided by clinical staff on both an emergency and scheduled basis. Staff also perform eligibility determination, authorization and assignment for needed services.

Outreach Services - Efforts are made to "find" the consumer who often has difficulty seeking the appropriate care needed. These services are provided through co-location with other community agencies, services and facilities.
